Ring Sizing and Customizations

We provide resizing and other adjustments on jewelry, such as; resizing rings and bracelets.

 

Most pieces can be resized, depending on the design of the piece and/or hallmarks.

All pieces customized are final sale.

Return & Exchange Policy

Items purchased directly through the website are eligible for a refund. In order to receive a  refund, please ship the item fully insured and returned within 3 days of receipt with its original box and documentation (if they were provided).

A restocking fee may apply depending on the item and the circumstance.

For items purchased in the store, we only offer an exchange or store credit.
