Eric and his collection
Eric began his journey in the jewelry world by designing for several well-known jewelers, such as H. Stern. During his time as a jewelry designer, Eric’s passion only grew and a greater appreciation for the industry was developed. His interest for specializing in antiques sparked during an estate purchase of a Cartier brooch from the Art Deco period.
Eric’s sharp eye and admiration for the art of jewelry allowed him to further pursue his passion. In 1978, Eric Originals & Antiques was finally established in New York City. Conveniently located in the frenzied diamond district. this small oasis carries a whole variety of cushion cut and old mine diamond engagement rings, as well as signed original pieces from iconic designers like Van Cleef & Arpels, Tiffany & Co. or Cartier – often priced much less than you would ever expect!
